Sunny and beautiful town....and full of people with the same idea on how to escape to the seaside. Luckily, Brighton beach is very large. I mean seriously large :) Brighton Pier divides it into the East and West beach (mostly in my mind, locals probably would not agree, then again who knows, they might).
This is the West side:
And this is the East side:
Both images are taken from the Pier:
Brighton Pier houses two huge amusement arcades with the latest machines to play on. There are a number of old fashioned favourites still around. If fact, quite a few.
And if you fancy a ride or two, that's situated on the pier too.
Or take a sea ride.
The beach has it all....music:
glitterballs? yes, of course:
This city likes its cars and bikes, ideally vintage.
Today was Mini Cooper rally and there were lots of cute Minis parked just off the beach.
I also spied this nice Plymouth:
And a mole but cannot explain what, why, how.....
It was sitting in the street.
When you venture away from the beach, there are delightful shops with weird and wonderful names.
Had to catch train back to London, so movie maybe next time.
Bye for now!
